RANDOM TEAM BREAKS (RTB) + PICK YOUR TEAM BREAKS (PYT)
When multi team cards get pulled, we will conduct a random via random. org. We will randomize 7x and the team on top will be awarded the card. If one team is featured twice, there will be an additional entry given to that team. All randoms will be uploaded to our YouTube once the live is concluded.
Relocated, or old franchises will be awarded to the team they are listed on the checklist under. Any All-Star or International cards will follow the same criteria as above. If no team is listed for the specific card on the checklist, the card will go to the team in which the player played the most games for.
Example for relocated franchises:
-Minnesota North Stars will be awarded to the Dallas Stars
-Hartford Whalers will be awarded to the Carolina Hurricanes
- Old (Pre-1996) Winnipeg Jets will be awarded to the Arizona Coyotes/ Utah HC
- Quebec Nordiques will be awarded to the Colorado Avalanche
- Atlanta Thrashers will be awarded to the (new) Winnipeg Jets
In the event where a team does not get any cards, if written in the break description, skunk protection may be included. This can vary from break credit, to raw cards or a pack of cards. Please refer to the break description if this is applicable.
CANADA SHIPPING
All orders include FREE Canada-wide letter mail shipping. Because letter-mail is not tracked, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen mail.
CANADA TRACKED
If you wish to purchase tracking, please do so at checkout. All tracked packages are insured for $100. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged product upon arrival.
USA SHIPPING
All USA orders must add tracking at checkout. We DO NOT send letter mail to the USA. If an order has been placed from the USA and tracking is not selected, a kind reminder will be sent to the email used on the order to purchase tracking. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged product upon arrival.
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
We ship every Monday. There is no need to purchase tracking more than ONCE per week. We will refund any accidental, additional tracking purchases.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
